Visual Journalism  -  Real World Photojournalism
Look at a newspaper. What got your attention? The headlines? Or the photo? The work of photojournalists tells the story and sells the paper. This interactive, all-digital course is designed to prepare students for the working world of photojournalism. One of two courses designed to allow students, while still in school, to experience documentary assignments, students will be required to transmit their assignments via FTP to the teacher (as photo editor) on deadline as they would working for any newspaper or magazine today.
