Streaming to a website or cable channel near you is the latest news. It is not told in still pictures, but a live feed from places like Kabul or Kiev. The Visual Journalism classes at Brooks are designed to take the photojournalist into the world of video journalism. Building on photographic skills, this course is designed to teach simple storytelling and editing for video journalists. The course will also address other factors and problems video journalists often face, whether working on a local paper's web page or shooting for broadcast world.
