In Stop Motion Animation students can learn how to create animation with practical models and objects using film stop motion techniques on the Bolex camera. The class is comprised of a series of weekly practical stop motion exercises, which include miniature set building, character/model construction, miniature lighting and camera movements. A short stop motion animation project is pre-planned and storyboarded for final critique.
