Bill Robbins is an educator, award winning advertising photographer and commercial film director. He is a faculty member at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California where he teaches classes in advanced advertising, food photography, and advanced tabletop photography. Prior to coming to Brooks Institute, Bill was based in the Los Angeles, California area where he had a studio that worked with advertising clients nationally and internationally. Along with running a successful studio he was a founding board member of the Advertising Photographers of America and served as the President of the Los Angeles Chapter for two years. Mr. Robbins was honored by Advertising Age with a show of his work "The Art of Advertising", and has been featured in editorial articles in Photo District News, PhotoPro, and Rangefinder Magazine. His work was also featured in "American Photographers Today" a traveling show and book published by the Tokyo Designers Gakuin College. He received his MAOM from the University of Phoenix and his BFA from Art Center College of Design.
