John S. Elhai is a practicing CPA, helping companies achieve maximum results and gain value for owners and investors. John has served in industry in the capacity of Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller, Corporate Treasurer, and CFO of mid-sized companies and Divisions of large Public Companies. John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a major in Finance, Insurance and Real Estate. John also holds a Masters in Business Administration from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, with a major in Finance with a focus on International Business.

John S. Elhai has worked in a consulting capacity in providing services in the areas of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance audits. He has worked from the design and development of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audit to planning, implementing and auditing companies in accordance to the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. In addition to the above, Mr. Elhai developed and implemented plans required further companies turn around efforts. He has served as part of a transition team at the executive level rebuilding and transitioning roles in the areas of CFO, Treasury and Controller.
