A member of The Director's Guild of America for 20 years and a working member of the film industry for 35 years as an Associate Director, Assistant Director, Stage Manager and Producer, Judy Trotter has worked on Grammy winning music videos for such artists as Gwen Stefani/Eve, Eminem, Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dog, Luis Miguel, the Fugees, and live all star concerts with artists including Chuck Berry and B.B. King. Judy has worked on hundreds of national television commercials, many winning Clio awards, for advertisers such as Kodak, AT &T, Ford, Toyota, Honda and Procter & Gamble, as well as several seasons of promos for CBS television shows.
She has worked on 13 miniseries and movies made for television, as well as serving as associate producer for two Emmy nominated television movies and one Emmy winning children's made for television movie.
Judy has coordinated the mentor program for the Kodak/Brooks Institute 35mm projects. Judy has served as a member of the Brooks Institute Faculty Senate.
Currently, Judy just finished producing a series of 21 episodes of a web series called Blue Belle, which screened during the 2010 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
The next project that Judy will work on is a series called Tantrum Sessions. This is a music series featuring the live performances of a variety of well-known artists to be shot in studio and on location.
