Brooks Institute's Cota Street Campus & Gallery 27, located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, not only serves as one of the city's largest galleries, its innovative design and functional campus classroom facilities provide photography and art exhibition, instructional and screening room space to showcase the emerging and established creative talent of its students, faculty, and alumni photographers, filmmakers and graphic designers.

Formerly the Lyons Building, the Cota Street Campus & Gallery 27 have undergone a dramatic transformation. The gallery and campus facilities have been renovated to blend bright colors and industrial design in a manner that embraces and complements the historic architectural and mechanical elements of the building. The result is an artistic vision as impressive as the artists' work it hosts.

The Cota Street Campus & Gallery 27 are located at 27 E. Cota Street, across from The Palace Restaurant, Blue Agave and adjacent to City Lot 10.
