Brooks Institute was recently a sponsor of a unique Santa Barbara event, Focus on the Funk Zone, a yearly celebration of the many artist’s studios, wine-tasting rooms, surf shops and museums located near the beach. Brook’s Mason Street Campus is located close by the Funk Zone, a creative community known as the artistic heart of Santa Barbara.
Chuck Place, instructor in Brooks’ Professional Photography program, shares a selection of the images he shot at the event below.
