Yellow Ribbon Grant
Brooks Institute is committed to supporting military veterans and is proud to support the Yellow Ribbon Grant program. The program is designed to help veterans afford the expenses of a college education and prepare for their post-military careers. Veterans may qualify for tuition benefits, a housing stipend, and a books and supplies allowance.
To qualify for the Yellow Ribbon Grant, candidates must be an eligible veteran or dependent of an eligible veteran and be accepted for admission to Brooks Institute. Eligibility and amounts are determined on an annual basis and are subject to change. In addition, the following conditions apply to the Yellow Ribbon Grant:
- Grant is applied as a credit to the student’s account, with no cash payments awarded to the student.
- Grant is used exclusively toward prior or current program charges.
- Grant is awarded for each period in the program that the student is determined eligible and where the grant is needed.
- Grant is non-transferrable and non-substitutable and cannot be combined with any other institutional grant at Brooks Institute.
