New Student Admissions Process
At Brooks, a key part of our admission process is a personal interview with an admissions representative, either in person or by telephone. We strongly recommend applicants apply early and schedule time with an admissions representative to gain personal perspective on our school and to ask questions about how our curriculum can support their career objectives. Ask about our next quarterly Open House and combine your visit with a tour by our Student Ambassadors.
Prior experience or education in visual arts is not required; however, we look for applicants with the drive, passion and determination to succeed in the creative field. In addition, we require the following at the time of application:
- Application for Admission
- Signed Enrollment Agreement
- Signed Student Disclosures
- Payment of non-refundable $50 application fee
- Financial aid forms (if you plan to apply for financial aid)
- Interview Acknowledgement Form
Brooks Institute offers undergraduate degrees in Professional Photography, Graphic Design, Film, and Visual Journalism. New students may begin studies during the fall, spring or summer semesters.
