Facilities and Equipment

At Brooks Institute, we believe that the best way to learn your craft is through hands-on experience. We support that belief by providing students with access to a wide range of facilities, including shooting studios, and professional equipment to enable them to apply what they learn in the classroom in a real, practical way outside the classroom.

Learning By Doing

The Brooks Institute campuses in Ventura and Santa Barbara, California, offer industry-current facilities and equipment. Students have access to digital computer labs with digital video editing and design software. In Ventura, students have access to a former working motion picture studio facility and backlot. Other facilities and equipment available to students include:
